1. Delivery Zones & Pricing

We offer two delivery tiers based on your location. Your delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

2. Weekly Delivery Schedule

To guarantee freshness, we deliver to specific regions on specific days.

  • Monday: Hamilton, Niagara, Burlington, Oakville, Guelph, Milton, Brampton.

  • Tuesday: Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, North York, Richmond Hill.

  • Wednesday: Downtown Toronto, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa.

  • Thursday: Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville, Scarborough, Durham Region.

  • Friday: Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, North York.

  • Saturday & Sunday: ALL REGIONS (Full GTA coverage).

Note: Weekday deliveries typically begin after 5:00 PM. Weekend deliveries occur throughout the day and evening.

3. Real-Time Updates

We know your time is valuable. On your scheduled delivery day:

  • You will receive an automated SMS/Text notification when our driver is on the way.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as our product is fresh and temperature-sensitive.

4. Freshness & Handling

All Maassuu products are prepared to order and transported in temperature-controlled environments.

  • Upon Arrival: Please refrigerate or freeze your meat immediately.

  • Packaging: Our packaging guarantee ensures your meat arrives in peak condition, following strict food safety standards.

5. Order Deadlines

To help us plan our routes and ensure your meat is cut fresh:

  • Please place your order at least 24 hours before your zone's scheduled delivery day.

  • Orders placed after the 24-hour cutoff may be moved to the next available delivery window for your area.
